I specialize in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and functional movement/mobility, with a deep focus on fascial health and mobility. Rather than just training muscles, I emphasize internal strength—developing joint capsule capacity, expanding usable range of motion, and creating resilient, adaptable movement patterns.
Through FRC principles and targeted fascial work, we'll address the root of movement limitations and build strength from the inside out.
