Who it’s for:
Women who are new/new-ish to weight lifting/gym environment
Women looking to get stronger for their daily activities, athletic pursuits, longevity, health and wellbeing
Mamas who want to get back in touch with their bodies, and have sacred time to themselves
Women who are looking to get started with strength training in an non-intimidating, supportive environment
What it is:
4-week series to build confidence in the weight room; strength, stability, & mobility in the body
A small-group strength training class that meets every woman where she’s at, providing a safe, inclusive, empowering, supportive and nonintimidating space
Focused on form and function, we will go over the alignment and biomechanics of every exercise and movement, in order to support your lifestyle, activities, and passions out in the world
Each week will be a different full body workout
Receive the full routine every week to repeat on your own during or after our 4 weeks together
Investment:
$75 for full 4-week program

Sunday cohort meets
11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23

*you will need to join one of the Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday cohorts (i.e., can’t mix & match. Must commit to attending the 4 consecutive weeks). However, if you miss a day, you can make up that week’s class by coming to the other cohort’s class that week. You will also get the list of exercises each week, so you can do them on your own if you can’t make it to another class.
