Who it’s for:
Women who want to lift heavy sh*t 😜, who have some experience in strength training/weight lifting, and want to explore maximal strength lifts with barbells (dead lift, chest press, back squats, etc.)
Women looking to get stronger for their daily activities, athletic pursuits, longevity, health and wellbeing
Mamas who want to get back in touch with their bodies, and have sacred time to themselves
Women who want to progress in their strength training in an non-intimidating, supportive environment
What it is:
4-week series to get accustomed to/familiar with form & alignment, set up & breakdown, safety & protocols with barbell lifts
Each week will focus on a different lift, its form, do’s & don’ts, alignment, etc.
You’ll receive a spreadsheet to track progress weekly (and longer past the series, if you wish) to record your weight and maybe progressively overload if you’re ready
A program to build strength, stability, mobility in the body
A small-group strength training class that meets every woman where she’s at, providing a safe, inclusive, empowering, supportive and nonintimidating space

$65 for full 4-week program
When:
Thursday cohort meets
10/30, 11/6, 11/13, 11/20

Sunday cohort meets
11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23
12-12:45 PM
*you will need to join either the Thursday or Sunday cohort (i.e., can’t mix & match. Must commit to attending the 4 consecutive weeks). However, if you miss a day, you can make up that week’s class by coming to the other cohort’s class that week. You will also get the list of exercises each week, so you can do them on your own.
