Who it’s for:

  • Women who want to lift heavy sh*t 😜, who have some experience in strength training/weight lifting, and want to explore maximal strength lifts with barbells (dead lift, chest press, back squats, etc.) 

  • Women looking to get stronger for their daily activities, athletic pursuits, longevity, health and wellbeing

  • Mamas who want to get back in touch with their bodies, and have sacred time to themselves

  • Women who want to progress in their strength training in an non-intimidating, supportive environment

What it is:

  • 4-week series to get accustomed to/familiar with form & alignment, set up & breakdown, safety & protocols with barbell lifts 

  • Each week will focus on a different lift, its form, do’s & don’ts, alignment, etc.

  • You’ll receive a spreadsheet to track progress weekly (and longer past the series, if you wish) to record your weight and maybe progressively overload if you’re ready

  • A program to build strength, stability, mobility in the body

  • A small-group strength training class that meets every woman where she’s at, providing a safe, inclusive, empowering, supportive and nonintimidating space
