I specialize in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and functional movement/mobility, with a deep focus on fascial health and mobility. Rather than just training muscles, I emphasize internal strength—developing joint capsule capacity, expanding usable range of motion, and creating resilient, adaptable movement patterns.

I believe that strength training is an integral part of feeling and moving better. Whether you want to move better for daily function, heal from an injury, or supplement/cross train to improve athletic pursuits, I'm here to guide you through a personalized approach that meets you where you are.
Through FRC principles and targeted fascial work, we'll address the root of movement limitations and build strength from the inside out. This approach means you'll not only get stronger, but move with more freedom, control, and longevity. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, limitations, and aspirations.

We begin with a free 15-30 min consultation over the phone to get to know you, your goals, and to see if we are a good fit for one another. This phone call also gives me an opportunity to research and prepare for our first in-person session.

Each session is 60 minutes.

We can meet regularly every week or semi-regularly (every 2-6 weeks). If we are not meeting weekly, I can offer you a personalized plan you can follow on your own for an added fee. Then we’ll meet again to assess where you’re at/how far you’ve come, and progress or regress accordingly.

If you purchase a package, it includes a check-in/accountability call (or two if you sign up for 4 sessions) in between our meeting times.
I usually see the most improvement, benefit, and/or change when we work together for a length of time. If you wish to do a trial of just one session, I will still honor the price of the 3 or 4-session packages, and deduct the amount of the first one from the total.
*multi-session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within one year.
