Who it’s for:
Women at any level of or experience with strength training and weight lifting; from new/new-ish with zero experience to experts who have tons of experience in the past or present
Women who want to workout with some guidance and/or want an organized program to follow
Women looking to get stronger for their daily activities, athletic pursuits, longevity, health and wellbeing
Mamas who want to get back in touch with their bodies, and have sacred time to themselves
Women who are looking to get started with strength training in an non-intimidating, supportive environment with other RAD WOMEN!
What it is:
4-6 week series to build confidence in the weight room; strength, stability, & mobility in the body
A small-group strength training class that meets every woman where she’s at, providing a safe, inclusive, empowering, supportive and nonintimidating space
Focused on form and function, we will go over the alignment and biomechanics of every exercise and movement, in order to support your lifestyle, activities, and passions out in the world
Each week will be a different full body workout; variations/modifications offered for different experience and strength levels
Receive the full routine every week to repeat on your own during or after our 6 weeks together
Investment:
$80-$100 sliding scale for 4-week program
$120-$150 sliding scale for 6-week program
You can choose to come for any 4-6 weeks. Please pay accordingly for the number of classes you wish to take during these June/July months ($20-$25 sliding scale PER CLASS).

You will need to commit to attending 4-6 weeks. However, if you miss a day, you can make up that week’s class by coming to the other class that week. You will also get the list of exercises each week, so you can do them on your own if you can’t make it to another class.
