Women who are new/new-ish to weight lifting/gym environment
Women who are have some experience in strength training/weight lifting, who want to workout with some guidance and/or want an organized program to follow
Women looking to get stronger for their daily activities, athletic pursuits, longevity, health and wellbeing
Mamas who want to get back in touch with their bodies, and have sacred time to themselves
Women who are looking to get started with strength training in an non-intimidating, supportive environment
What it is:
6-week series to build confidence in the weight room; strength, stability, & mobility in the body
A small-group strength training class that meets every woman where she’s at, providing a safe, inclusive, empowering, supportive and nonintimidating space
Focused on form and function, we will go over the alignment and biomechanics of every exercise and movement, in order to support your lifestyle, activities, and passions out in the world
Each week will be a different full body workout; variations/modifications offered for different experience and strength levels
Receive the full routine every week to repeat on your own during or after our 6 weeks together
Investment:
$120-$150 sliding scale for full 6-week program

*April 5th class will not take place in person; I will send the week’s exercises and demo videos via email like I do with the Virtual StrongHer Together program. You are welcome to makeup the class on any other Thursday during the 6 weeks
You will need to commit to attending the 6 consecutive weeks. However, if you miss a day, you can make up that week’s class by coming to the other class that week. You will also get the list of exercises each week, so you can do them on your own if you can’t make it to another class.
