Who it’s for:

  • Women who are have some experience in strength training/weight lifting, who want to workout with some guidance and/or want an organized program to follow

  • Women looking to get stronger for their daily activities, athletic pursuits, longevity, health and wellbeing

  • Mamas who want to get back in touch with their bodies, and have sacred time to themselves

  • Women who possess some or all of the above bullet points, but cannot make it to any of the time slots available OR who prefer to workout on their own time & pace

How it works:

  • Every Thursday, I will email you a Google folder with a printable PDF of the Tracking Sheet (aka workout routine), as well as a Google Sheet version that you can fill out digitally if that's your thing

  • Also in the folder will be demo videos of each exercise listed on the Tracking Sheet

  • Included in this virtual option is one in-person drop-in to the Thursday 10:45AM class (that's the only 201 that is happening this month). Just let me know when you plan on coming!

What you’ll need:

  • You can do most all exercises with dumbells or kettle bells (or YBells, which are a more ergonomic, modern revamp of kettle bells)

  • Barbells will also be used and you may find that you’ll “out grow” the dumbells eventually, but you will be able to do all exercises with dumbells. What weight you will need will vary on your strength and how much you want to/you may need to progressively load each week

  • With all that said, access to a gym is not necessary, but will be helpful for versatility in equipment

What it is:

  • 4-week series to become more aware of alignment & form, and possibly explore adding more weight and tools to your regiment/knowledge

  • A program to build strength, stability, mobility in the body

  • A strength training program that meets every woman where she’s at, providing a safe, inclusive, empowering, supportive and non-intimidating space

  • Focused on form and function, we will go over the alignment and biomechanics of every exercise and movement, in order to support your lifestyle, activities, and passions out in the world

  • Each week will be a different full body workout 

  • Receive the full routine every week to repeat on your own during or after our 4 weeks together  

Investment:

$30-$50 sliding scale for full 4-week program
